Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' restaurant management in a luxury hotel.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to supervise and train employees.

Responsibilities

• Execute operational and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare strategic business plans for hotel operations.
• Develop lower and middle management through coaching and mentoring.
• Develop and maintain business through guest relations.
• Recruit and train staff in accordance with hotel guidelines.
• Regularly review staff performance and grooming standards.
• Stay up to date with local and international restaurant trends.
