Job summary

Guardian Fleet Services in Ohio is seeking an Assistant Impound Manager to oversee daily impound operations, staff, and documentation, ensuring compliance with state and local regulations.

You will work with law enforcement, towing companies, and the public, handle reclaim processes, explain procedures and fees, and maintain accurate records. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (college degree preferred).
• Experience in vehicle towing, logistics, or public administration.
• Knowledge of Kentucky impound and vehicle code laws.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle stressful or confrontational situations.
• Familiarity with inventory and recordkeeping systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist vehicle owners with reclaiming their vehicles.
• Explain procedures, fees, and required documentation.
• Resolve disputes and handle customer complaints professionally.
• Compile contracts with Property Owners
