• Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality supervision, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing daily housekeeping operations.
• Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping team members to ensure high performance standards.
• Conduct inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and compliance with brand standards.
• Assist in scheduling, staffing, and workload distribution to ensure efficient operations.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve service issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and coordinate with procurement as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Participate in onboarding and ongoing training of housekeeping staff.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
