Job summary

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Puerto Rico is seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Housekeeping Manager to support daily operations of the housekeeping department and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction across the property. • Assist in scheduling, staffing, and workload distribution to ensure efficient operations.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve service issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and coordinate with procurement as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Participate in onboarding and ongoing training of housekeeping staff.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
