Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong supervisory skills with experience leading housekeeping teams.
• Proven ability to drive guest satisfaction through high standards.
• Hands-on laundry operations experience and inventory management.
• Budgeting skills with managing departmental costs and supplies.
• Several years of progressive housekeeping management in hotels/resorts.
• Knowledge of safety standards and OSHA/local regulations.
• Proficient in English; Spanish helpful.
• Bachelor's/Associate degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping operations to maintain guest rooms and public areas.
