Job description

Join to apply for the Assistant Housekeeping Supervisor role at OTO Development.

**Compensation:** $24/hour (National Base Salary Rate: $13.40 - $15.60/hour, depending on state/market).

OTO Development is pleased to offer a great opportunity for an Assistant Housekeeping Supervisor.

What will you be doing most days?
  1. Inspect guest rooms, meeting rooms, public spaces, and hallways for cleanliness and order.
  2. Coordinate cleaning and maintenance schedules according to guest needs, in coordination with front desk and maintenance personnel.
  3. Verify completion of laundry and inventory restocking.
  4. Train and coach housekeeping staff in cleaning tasks and daily schedules; conduct new employee training.
  5. Support hotel leadership in managing labor costs within budget and staffing guidelines.
  6. Follow safety and security guidelines; participate in safety committees and emergency response.
  7. Manage supply inventory, monitor storage procedures, and ensure safe chemical handling.
  8. Develop work schedules and assign staff tasks in coordination with hotel management.
  9. Conduct regular tours to review staff efforts and check for productivity; perform cleaning duties as needed.
  10. Assist in team member selection and performance reviews.
  11. Ensure compliance with brand quality standards.
  12. Maintain guest relationships and staff grooming standards.
  13. Assist the Housekeeping Supervisor with other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements
