Responsible for ensuring each Front End associate provides fast, friendly, and efficient customer service. Oversees the entire Front End operation, including customer checkout (registers, scanning, and service), bottle return, cleaning of the break room and restrooms, and maintaining the parking lot and sidewalk area. Ensures compliance with all front end policies and procedures. Assists the Customer Service Manager in communicating and enforcing company programs among Front End staff.
High School Diploma or equivalent; 1-3 years related experience.
