Qualifications

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Integrate the Prism Model for effective treatment of serious and persistent mental illness into everyday practice
  2. Direct day-to-day clinical operations of the ACCS team, ensuring appropriate coverage and client care
  3. Coordinate the admission process and the development of the Comprehensive Assessment and Community Service Plan
  4. Provide clinical supervision and participate in staff recruitment and onboarding processes
  5. Monitor program budget and ensure compliance with electronic health record-keeping standards

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Licensed in the State of Massachusetts as an LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC
  2. Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or clinical psychology
  3. Minimum of 2 years’ work experience with adults with mental health issues
  4. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a leadership or team lead role
  5. Current, valid driver's license in state of residence with a minimum of two years of driving experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Experience in culturally and linguistically appropriate service delivery
  2. Knowledge and practice of ELWYN, DPH, and DMH policies, regulations, and standards
  3. Participation in ongoing education and training relevant to the role
  4. Familiarity with evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, and MI
  5. Ability to establish relationships with both internal and external support systems
