Hyatt Regency Morristown is seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to help oversee housekeeping operations, guest rooms, public areas, and laundry, ensuring safety and quality standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will supervise supervisors and staff, assist with hiring and training, manage schedules, and coordinate with Front Office and Engineering for smooth room turnover, reporting to the Executive Housekeeper.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of progressive hotel Rooms Management experience
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing all housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, public areas, laundry, and linen services
• Ensure cleanliness and presentation standards meet hotel brand expectations
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, corridors, public spaces, and back-of-house areas
• Monitor room status and coordinate with Front Office and Engineering for efficient room turnover
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations
