Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire housekeeping area including public areas and night cleaning.
• Train, develop and schedule housekeeping staff.
• Promote a customer- and associate-satisfaction oriented atmosphere.
• Collaborate with guests and other departments; report to the Executive Housekeeper.
