Job summary

WORK Inc., a progressive nonprofit provider of services to adults with disabilities, is seeking a full‑time Assistant House Manager to support five individuals served in their own homes in Andover, MA. The role emphasizes independence, empowerment, and enhanced quality of life.

Responsibilities include developing independence, supervising program operations when the House Manager is off duty, and designing skill‑acquisition and behavior‑management programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Special Education, Social Work, or related field, or 1+ year of related experience.
• Valid Massachusetts driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• An acceptable CORI and SDIP.

Responsibilities

• Develop independence, responsibility, and self-worth for participants.
• Ensure smooth operation of the program when the House Manager is off duty.
• Design and implement skill-acquisition and behavior-management programs for participants.
• Assess participant living skills and prepare quarterly service plans.
• Provide on-the-job supervision to CTS when the House Manager is not on duty.
• Maintain participant records and ensure timely documentation.
