Job summary

You will help schedule and attend medical and other appointments, monitor staff coverage, and maintain accurate documentation. The role emphasizes dignity, respect, and empowering individuals through person-centered goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and two years’ related experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing; sound judgment.
• Must have basic computer knowledge.
• Must hold a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
• Experience serving diverse populations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure individuals are treated with dignity and respect.
• Assist supervision of staff and promote self-advocacy and empowerment.
• Develop community-centered opportunities for individuals.
• Schedule and attend medical, dental, psychiatric and other appointments as needed.
• Complete progress notes and documentation as necessary.
• Monitor staff scheduling for coverage and economy.
• Audit financial records and assist with monthly reports.
• Ensure accuracy of medication administration following MAP procedures.
• Lead and attend staff meetings as appropriate.
