Waypoint Maine, Inc. is seeking an Assistant House Manager to support the House Manager in a residential program for adults with developmental disabilities. The role emphasizes mentorship, communication, and adherence to licensing policies while fostering a positive team environment.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and strong English skills. Starting pay is $17.50 per hour, with a 40-hour schedule and non-exempt status in a residential setting.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Ability to maintain organized, structured work environment.
• Understanding of administrative duties and functions.

Responsabilités

• Assist with monthly fire drill and documentation per policies.
• Complete Home Monthly Checklist and submit by the 8th of each month.
• Support staff in training needs and staff scheduling in the home.
• Maintain inventory levels and monitor vehicle maintenance and services.
• Assist with payroll data collection and new-hire orientation.
