Job summary

The Breakers Palm Beach is seeking an Assistant Hotel Manager to represent the Hotel Manager to guests and ensure exceptional hospitality throughout the guest experience. You will resolve guest concerns promptly, coordinate pre-arrival preparations, and act as an ambassador for VIP guests.

You will lead special projects and initiatives assigned by senior management, with a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proven leadership skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality management, leadership, and/or hotel operations is preferred.
