Job summary

In this role you’ll support HOA boards, homeowners, and vendors, keep records up to date, prepare agendas and minutes, and help ensure communities run smoothly. One year of office or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• One year or more of experience in an office, administrative, or customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Help keep HOA communities organized, compliant, and running smoothly day to day.
• Communicate with homeowners and board members through emails, notices, and community updates.
• Support board meetings by helping prepare agendas, packets, minutes, and follow-ups.
• Participate in occasional community walk-throughs and document items that need attention.
• Keep homeowner records, governing documents, and insurance information up to date.
• Partner closely with HOA Portfolio Managers to solve problems and support well-managed communities.
