Job summary

Invest West Management is seeking an Assistant HOA Manager in Vancouver, WA to support HOA, condo, and community portfolios. You’ll help keep operations smooth, communicate with homeowners and boards, and assist with meetings and record-keeping while growing toward a Portfolio Manager role.

Responsibilities

  • Keep HOA communities organized, compliant, and running day to day.
  • Communicate with homeowners and boards via email, notices, and updates.
  • Assist with board meeting prep: agendas, packets, minutes, follow-ups.
  • Participate in occasional community walkthroughs and document issues.
  • Maintain homeowner records, governing documents, and insurance info.
  • Partner with HOA Portfolio Managers to support well-managed communities.

Assistant HOA Manager

$20.00 – $25.00 per hour (DOE)
Vancouver, WA (Clark County)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • You have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and consistent attendance.
