Responsibilities

• Review work performed by Facilities Serviceperson and other shift staff.
• Instruct subordinate personnel in use of supplies, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Perform the duties of Facilities Serviceperson.
• Operate boilers, HVAC, power sources, and related equipment.
• Climb ladders to change bulbs and perform minor repairs as directed.
