Qualifications

• Ability to follow custodial practices and lead others; operate cleaning equipment and materials.
• Must be able to climb and work from ladders; understand safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Review work performed by Facilities Serviceperson and others on shift.
• Instruct personnel in use of supplies, equipment, chemicals, ladders and safety procedures.
• Perform duties of Facilities Serviceperson.
• Activate, monitor, adjust and turn off boilers and AC equipment; power sources.
