About The Position

As our Assistant Guest Service Manager, you will assist the Guest Service Manager in managing the guest flow and service at the front-end, ensuring excellent service and results.

The pay range for this position is $16.40 - $24.60 per hour.

This position is located in Kenwood, Cincinnati, at 7888 Montgomery Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45236.

What You'll Do

• Manage front-end and cash office procedures, including cash, keys, and safe management
• Oversee front end guest flow to ensure operational success and a positive shopping experience
• Lead the guest service team to maintain cleanliness and sanitation
• Manage order guides, deadlines, and reduce shrink/damage
• Engage, motivate, coach, and train team members on-the-job and through training platforms

Availability

This role requires flexibility to work weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of guest service experience
• At least 1 year of leadership experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Must be at least 18 years old
