Overview

As we continue to build our team in support of our vision to be the world’s best and most trusted mobility company, Enterprise Fleet Management, a business line of Enterprise Mobility, is excited to announce the opening of an Automotive Maintenance Coordinator.

The Maintenance Coordinator will primarily be responsible for providing automotive technical support and advice to Fleet Management groups, clients, and vendors related to scheduled maintenance and wear items. This position reviews repair orders according to manufacturer requirements and negotiates for proper service intervals, fluids, and pricing, prior to providing approval.

This is a full-time work-from-home position that allows you to work 100% remotely within the Houston, TX area or surrounding counties. Our department operates between Monday and Saturday, with hours from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. CST on weekdays and 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. CST on Saturdays. Schedules are based on current business needs.

The pay range for this position is $21.66-$24.66 per hour, determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, and organizational needs.

Additional compensation is provided for weekend and evening shift differential (up to $2.00/hour). There is also an opportunity to earn an extra $0.25/hr for each current ASE certification in specific areas.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing timely responses to orders via phone and email in an efficient and friendly manner
• Reviewing proposals to ensure proper services and pricing according to manufacturer intervals
• Negotiating pricing, assessing warranty applications, and creating purchase orders
• Contacting clients to recommend repairs and gain approval
• Making repair and cost recommendations to internal partners
• Locating and suggesting proper service locations for clients

• Preferred: Degree in Automotive Technology and ASE certifications
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Willing to accept $21.66-$24.66/hour
• Ability to meet work-from-home technical requirements
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Work from Home Requirements:

• Reliable high-speed internet (no DSL or satellite)
• Minimum upload speed of 5Mb and download speed of 25Mb; latency under 100ms
