Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in grocery, food service, or retail management.
• Strong background in warehouse management, operations, and loss prevention.
• Expertise in Payroll, staffing, and training.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the floor while fostering a positive, people-first culture.
• Oversee daily store operations including staffing, scheduling, and performance management.
• Drive results through effective merchandising, inventory control, and P&L management.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Analyze sales, identify opportunities, and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
• Create an outstanding customer experience at every touchpoint.
