Qualifications

• 4 years' experience in a similar role.
• Strong leadership with a people-first mentality.

• Warehouse management experience required.
• Background in P&L, inventory control, hiring / training staff, merchandising, cash control, payroll, security / loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on Manager with strong customer relations.
• Must be willing to travel and support other store locations.
• Staffing and managing all associates day to day.
• Daily operations, meetings, and reporting.
• Creating a positive customer experience at all levels.
• Data analyzing and reporting on sales and profit.
• Food safety compliance with all Local, State, and Federal regulations.
