Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a Hands-on Assistant Grocery Manager to lead a team in a nationwide restaurant retail environment. Based in Birmingham, AL, you will drive daily operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer experiences across all touchpoints.

You will analyze sales and profit data, uphold food safety regulations, and foster a positive, growth-oriented culture with strong leadership and operational discipline.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Positive leadership with a people-first mentality.
• Growth and succession mindset.
• Warehouse management experience required.
• Background in P&L, inventory control, hiring/training staff, merchandising, cash control, payroll, security/loss prevention.
