Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Grocery Manager to support the Grocery Manager in leading one of the store’s busiest teams. You will help customers choose healthy foods, oversee inventory, ordering, and merchandising, and drive sales while maintaining high service standards.

The role requires 1–3 years of retail management, strong communication, and leadership skills. A flexible schedule, lifting tasks, and adherence to safety policies are part of the responsibilities.
