Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Grocery Manager to support the Grocery Manager in leading one of our busiest store teams. You will help manage merchandising, inventory, and day-to-day operations while ensuring exceptional customer service.

You will hire, train, and develop the Grocery Team, uphold safety and sanitation guidelines, and drive sales through effective planning and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Customer-focused with ability to drive sales and service.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Grocery Manager in managing and merchandising the department for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Grocery team.
