Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Grocery Manager to help customers make healthy food choices and lead one of the store’s busiest teams. You will support store operations, coaching the Grocery Team, and ensuring great customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Familiarity with natural foods and alternative diets preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Grocery Manager in managing and merchandising the department for maximum productivity and profit.
• Responsible for ordering and inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Grocery team.
• Coordinate merchandising and sales through ongoing planning, direction, goal setting, communication, and teamwork.
• Assist in leading a team that brainstorms to deliver high quality products and service.
• Assist in hiring, training, and developing the Grocery Team.
• Unload and sort store deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
