Job summary

Invited Clubs invites applications for an Assistant Golf Professional to support daily golf operations and enhance member experiences at the club. You will assist in Pro Shop activities, coordinate golf-related services, and promote the game while upholding company standards and procedures.

The role emphasizes staff development, merchandising, and exceptional customer service, with opportunities to oversee tournaments and clinics in a welcoming, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Completion of PGA certification preferred (associate level).
• Proven ability to handle confidential information and sensitive employee matters with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members through golf events, personalized interactions and promotion of golf programs.
• Participate in rounds of golf as needed to support player development initiatives.
• Support the cleanliness and organization of all outside areas, including practice ranges and golf cart storage.
• Coordinate, promote and manage tournaments and special golf-related events.
• Assist in managing the handicap program, pro-shop operations and practice facilities.
• Provide guidance to golf attendants and staff on customer service, tee time management and check-in procedures.
• Maintain consistent operating procedures for staging areas and cart storage.
• Support promotion of golf clinics, private lessons and programs for adults, juniors and seniors.
