Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Starter/Ranger to deliver professional guest interaction on our golf course in Naples, FL. You will operate carts safely, monitor play, enforce course rules, and assist guests with directions and service while maintaining a neat appearance.

We value an enthusiastic, outgoing attitude, good organizational skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This full-time on-site role offers exposure to a dynamic hospitality environment and opportunities to grow

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Good organization skills.
• Able to communicate easily with members and guests.
• Must be able to perform physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand or walk for long periods and maintain full attendance.

Responsibilities

• Interact professionally with guests on the golf course.
• Operate carts safely and efficiently.
• Monitor play on the course and enforce rules.
• Provide clear directions to various locations around the resort.
• Answer guest questions with excellent customer service.
• Provide assistance in other job classifications as needed by supervisor.
