Job summary

Monarch Beach Golf Links in Dana Point, CA is seeking a full-time Assistant Golf Professional to support member and guest services while growing knowledge of golf club operations. The successful candidate will have an AA or equivalent experience, strong English, and familiarity with POS and tee time systems.

Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus, and a passion for hospitality and golf is required. This role offers opportunities for professional development within a Troon-affiliated club in

Qualifications

AA degree (or equivalent experience) is required or preferred.
English reading and speaking ability is required to perform duties.
Experience with POS and tee time systems is preferred; Microsoft Office knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assists in administering point of sale revisions for green fees and merchandise.
Reconciles tee sheets, processes payments, and resolves discrepancies.
Promotes all club golf activities to members and guests.
Maintains a clean, organized golf shop and assists with merchandising and sales.
Supports training of associates and upholds safe work practices.
