Monarch Beach Golf Links in Dana Point, CA is seeking a motivated Player Assistant to join our hospitality-focused team. The role supports pace of play, helps guests, and assists the Pro Shop and outside staff to ensure a smooth round for all players.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional appearance.
• Maintain a reasonable pace of play on the golf courses.
• Communicate with Pro Shop to keep an accurate pace of play.
• Coordinate with Starter and Pro Shop about pace of play concerns.
• Assist Outside Staff Attendants as needed.
• Advise guests of course conditions, pace of play, local rules and other golf-related issues.
• Implement and support all course policies and programs as communicated by management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Description

Monarch Beach Golf Links, located in Dana Point, CA, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Player Assistant! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part ofTroon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Pay Rate: $16.90 - $17.90 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have a strong work ethic
• Must have friendly personality and enjoy working with the public
• Must have strong customer/guest orientation
• Must be dependable
• Knowledge about the game of golf highly preferred

Position Responsibilities:

• Maintain professional appearance
• Responsible for maintaining a reasonable pace of play on the golf courses
