Monarch Beach Golf Links in Dana Point, CA is seeking a motivated Player Assistant to join our hospitality-focused team. The role supports pace of play, helps guests, and assists the Pro Shop and outside staff to ensure a smooth round for all players.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional appearance.
• Maintain a reasonable pace of play on the golf courses.
• Communicate with Pro Shop to keep an accurate pace of play.
• Coordinate with Starter and Pro Shop about pace of play concerns.
• Assist Outside Staff Attendants as needed.
• Advise guests of course conditions, pace of play, local rules and other golf-related issues.
• Implement and support all course policies and programs as communicated by management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
