Stadium Scene is seeking an Assistant Golf Professional to support instruction, manage daily golf activities, and deliver exceptional member service. You will work closely with the Head Golf Professional to run tournaments, events, and shop operations, ensuring a welcoming, professional atmosphere on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of golf rules, etiquette, and instruction techniques.
• Previous experience in golf operations, customer service, or related roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing golf lessons and clinics to players of all skill levels, helping to improve their game and enjoyment of golf.
• Manage daily golf operations including tee time scheduling, player check-in, and coordination of golf carts and course maintenance.
• Support the Head Golf Professional in organizing and running golf tournaments, leagues, and special events.
• Oversee the golf shop operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and sales transactions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing member and guest inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering positive relationships.
