Invited is seeking an Assistant Golf Professional to support daily golf operations at the club, assist the Pro Shop, and coordinate golf-related services to elevate member and guest experiences. You will promote the game, train staff, and ensure operations align with policies and standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
• PGA certification preferred (minimum associate level).
• Proven ability to handle confidential information and sensitive employee matters with discretion and professionalism.
• Commitment to upholding the highest level of ethical work standards.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members through golf events and promote golf programs.
• Support cleanliness and organization of outside areas, practice ranges, and cart storage.
• Coordinate, promote, and manage tournaments and golf-related events.
• Assist in managing the handicap program, pro-shop operations, and practice facilities.
• Guide golf attendants and staff on customer service, tee time management, and guest fee processing.
• Maintain consistent operating procedures for staging areas and driving range setup.
• Promote golf clinics and private lessons for all ages, aligning with club standards.
• Assist with budgeting, inventory planning, and promotions to meet member needs.
