Job summary

Invited Clubs is seeking an Assistant Golf Professional to support daily golf operations at the club and assist Pro Shop activities. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional member experiences while aligning with club policies and standards.

You will help promote golf programs, coordinate tournaments, manage the handicap program, and coach staff to deliver outstanding service to members and guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• PGA certification preferred (minimum associate level).
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Commitment to upholding the highest level of ethical work standards.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members through golf events and promotion of golf programs.
• Support pro shop operations and handicap program; assist in rounds as needed.
• Coordinate, promote and manage tournaments and golf-related events.
• Provide guidance to staff on customer service, tee time management and check-in procedures.
• Maintain consistent operational procedures for staging areas and cart storage.
• Assist with budgeting, inventory planning and promotions to meet member needs.
