Job summary

Invited is seeking an Assistant Golf Professional to support daily golf operations at the club. You will assist the Pro Shop, coordinate golf-related services, and promote the game of golf while ensuring alignment with company policies and standards.

This role requires a proactive approach to staff training, merchandising, and exceptional customer service to create a welcoming experience for all members and guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• PGA certification preferred (minimum associate level).

Responsibilities

• Engage with members through golf events, personalized interactions and promotion of golf programs.
• Promote and manage golf activities, tournaments and special events.
• Assist in handicap program, pro-shop operations and practice facilities to deliver seamless service for members.
• Provide guidance to golf attendants and staff on customer service, tee time management and guest fee processing.
• Maintain consistent operational procedures for staging areas, driving range setup and cart storage.

Education
