The Town of Auburn Pakachoag Golf Course seeks an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent. This full-time position involves executing maintenance operations, monitoring turf health, and operating equipment within a small team setting. The Town of Auburn Pakachoag Golf Course, a 9-hole municipal facility is seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Assistant Golf Course Superintendent under the direct supervision of the Golf Course Superintendent and in collaboration with the Clubhouse Manager. This role is hands- on and ideal for an individual with strong turf management skills who thrives in a small team environment. The assistant is expected to work alongside the Superintendent and the Groundskeeper to perform daily course maintenance to ensure high standards of course playability and presentation.
This is a full-time salary position.
