Qualifications

• Full-time availability with Monday–Friday schedule and weekend flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage hourly employees through coaching, performance evaluations, and discipline
• Schedule and assign tasks to ensure smooth restaurant operations
• Drive sales and guest satisfaction while controlling food costs and inventory
• Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation
• Provide ongoing training for Front and Back of House teams on policies and procedures
• Foster a positive and safe culture that supports associate growth and productivity
• Collaborate with Managing Partners to manage food, supply, and liquor costs
• Ensure compliance with food handling, wage laws, and company policies
