Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant leadership experience required.
• Experience as Assistant Manager / Lead Server / Lead Bartender / Lead Host / Shift Leader or similar role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily front-of-house operations while maintaining our service standards.
• Coach and develop servers, bartenders, hosts, bussers, and support staff.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and assist with daily shift execution.
• Ensure exceptional guest service by resolving concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Support scheduling, staffing, and daily floor management.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and operational standards.
• Assist with training new team members and developing future leaders.
• Work alongside the team during busy service periods while leading by example.
• Support opening/closing procedures and inventory management.
• Partner with senior leadership to improve guest satisfaction and restaurant performance.
