Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant or hotel management experience, including leadership at senior level.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in leading all daily restaurant and bar operations.
• Inspire, coach, and develop front-of-house managers and hourly team members.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high hospitality standards.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Partner with culinary and beverage teams for seamless execution.
• Monitor labor, food, and beverage costs while driving profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, health regulations, and alcohol service.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and urgency.
• Help execute events, banquets, and hotel Food & Beverage initiatives.
• Step into the General Manager role as needed.
