Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED at minimum.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership in QSR or retail environments.
• Strong analytical, decision-making and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and team-building abilities.
• Proven track record delivering food quality, service and speed.
• Proficient in basic business math and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Build People Capability by recruiting, training and developing talent.
• Coach Team Members and Shift Leaders to achieve performance excellence.
