Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills with proven ability to motivate and inspire a team.

• Excellent verbal and communication skills with a sharp business acumen.
• 2+ years experience in quick service restaurant or similar management operations.
• Flexible and open work schedule.
• Basic food safety understanding and practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and communicate business objectives.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and coach shifts supervisors to improve store performance.
• Be able to assume duties in the absence of the general manager.
