Applegreen is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager and ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant operations at our NJ locations. This role offers entry-level leadership exposure and the opportunity to learn essential management skills.

You will lead a team, deliver performance feedback, uphold brand standards, and maintain customer service excellence while managing cash and inventory.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills with ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent customer service abilities and positive attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with sharp business sense.
• Experience in quick service restaurant or similar management operations (2+ years).
• Flexible with work schedule and physical ability to lift objects over 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and communicate business objectives.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and coach shifts supervisors.
• Step in during the absence of the general manager.
• Motivate staff and maintain morale.
• Uphold brand standards and procedures to maximize operations.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and daily reporting.
