Job summary

Northwest Restaurants Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Georgetown, SC to support the Restaurant General Manager. You will lead shifts, ensure Brand standards, manage inventory, and uphold food safety while guiding team members to deliver friendly, high-quality service.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, strong communication skills, and a can-do attitude focused on excellence and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit & Loss responsibility.
• Must pass background check and drug test; reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shifts to meet Brand standards and complete duties.
• Manage inventory and financial accountability for the restaurant.
• Ensure a safe, welcoming place for employees and guests; lead and guide team.
