Job summary

Northwest Restaurants Group seeks an Assistant General Manager in Conway, SC to support the General Manager by running strong shifts and upholding Yum Brand standards. You will own responsibilities, guide a team, monitor inventory, and ensure financial accountability while serving safe, quality food in a welcoming manner.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy is required.
• Strong preference for internal promotion from Shift Manager.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass background check and drug test.
• Must have reliable transportation and good math/analytical skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs for 80% of shift time.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager by running effective shifts and upholding Yum Brand standards.
• Ensure team members complete duties, monitor inventory and financial accountability.
• Provide safe, friendly service and maintain a positive work environment.
