Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be 18+, pass background check and drug test.
• Strong communication and analytical/decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Run shifts, uphold YUM Brand standards, and solve problems with a smile.
• Ensure Team Members and Shift Managers complete duties and manage inventory and financial accountability.
• Serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner.
