Job summary

MGM Resorts International is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations across Beau Rivage's multi-outlet venues. This role focuses on leadership, budgeting, scheduling, inventory, guest service, and marketing execution to drive profitability.

You will assist the General Manager with HR responsibilities, including coaching, hiring, training, and succession planning, while ensuring compliance with policy and law.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Two (2) or more years of prior relevant experience.
• Must be 21 years old or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily restaurant operations, budgeting, labor scheduling, inventory control, guest service standards, and marketing execution to drive short-term profitability.
• Support the General Manager in developing and executing tactics to meet goals and targets across the restaurant.
• Oversee HR responsibilities: coaching, performance feedback, recruitment, training, and diversity compliance.
• Collaborate with culinary teams to ensure a seamless service experience between kitchen and dining room.
