Applegreen USA Welcome Centers is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations. This entry-level management role offers hands-on learning in hospitality operations, staff supervision, and guest service excellence.

You will mentor team members, uphold brand standards, manage schedules, and ensure smooth store performance while delivering great customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and communicate objectives clearly.
