Border Foods LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations with a focus on safety, service and teamwork. You will reinforce our CORE values—Accountability, Integrity, Family, Excellence, Teamwork, and Empowerment—while developing a high-performing team and delivering great food and a friendly guest experience.

This non-exempt role requires flexibility, a minimum of one year in food service, ServeSafe certification, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work 50

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience; strong customer service.
• Experience with sales, P&L, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends, and some holidays; 50 hours/week.
• ServeSafe certified.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and guest experience.
