• Act as the leader on duty, ensuring fast service, accuracy, and guest joy.
• Train and develop crew using Chipotle’s training tools.
• Ensure digital orders are accurate and on time.
• Learn day-to-day ops: scheduling, P&L, forecasting, recruiting.
• Keep dining room clean and restaurant guest-ready.
• Uphold food safety, operations, and compliance standards.
• Work a 50-hour week with overtime; evenings/weekends as needed.
