Job summary

McDonald’s in Pacoima, CA is hiring an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and drive performance. You will oversee training, food safety, inventory, scheduling, and guest experience, while supporting the General Manager to meet sales and quality goals.

We look for a proven leader with 1+ years of supervisory experience (or US Military service), excellent customer service, safety commitment, and strong communication. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience leading, motivating and/or developing others or US Military Service.
